When the days get cold, and the nights get long
I will find comfort in thinking of you
When I close my eyes and hear my favorite song
I will remember the things; we used to do
When I go to a new city, full of life, and fun
I will always wonder what became of you
When I sit and watch the setting and Rising sun
I will dream of the things we will never do
When my heart starts to crumble, and I can no longer fight
When things get rough and I think I can't abide
I will look to the heavens; and the stars at night
and I will know that sometimes universes do collide
