My Nightmare

A Living a life without any love isn't worth much at all,
When you lose a love do the tears always fall?
Maybe one day I will learn to live once more,
And my heart will heal and no longer be sore.

For many years I stayed with you,
With nothing to live for and nothing to do,
 For many years I was good to you not knowing why,
Wondering when it was my turn to die.

I finally decided to run away,
And some days will go by where I wish I did stay,
Yes I may seem a little lonely now,
 But I will get over you though I don't know how.

The pain that you caused cut like a knife,
And soon I will get on with my life,
And very soon  I will get over you,
For you were my worst nightmare come true!
